All prices on this site are in Egyptian pounds.

Cash on delivery, or cash on pickup from B-Tec Store.

You may collect your order from B-Tec Store during the hours published above.

Orders are shipped within 2-3 working days. Shipping is carried out by a courier company, and the shipping cost is paid by the customer.

You may return a product within 14 days of receiving it, in its original condition.

These terms are governed by the law of Egypt.
